Any suggestions on how to become a good caster?

I want to be a dota caster. I dreamed to become a dota caster. Idol ko kasi sila Tobiwan mag cast since the first International palang. Nag give up nako sa pangarap ko maging 4k mmr kaya sabi ko mag cacaster nalang ako, worth a shot naman diba?

Any suggestions on how to become a good caster? San pwede mag audition? Any matches na pwede mag practice mag casting?
